A self taught guitarist from the age of seven, Tom Doughty had to reinvent a way to play his instrument after a serious injury in 1974 left him paralysed from the chest downwards and with limited use of his hands. His tenacity and creativity helped him discover the route to become a professional musician who has gained International recognition in his field.
