Paraorchestra is looking for an impact measurement specialist to lead a programme of work that enables us to define, articulate and prove our impact. 

We would like to be able to measure the impact of our work across the full artistic programme, our work to reach new audiences, our advocacy for inclusion and change within the cultural sector and – in a new area of growth for us – our work in artist development which seeks to encourage disabled artists to take up more space in the sector.

A new and all-encompassing programme of work to define goals and articulate targets, and then implement a system of data capture and analysis, should allow every member of the team to have ownership of their role in and engagement with our wide-ranging impacts.
