Applications are now open for two new roles at Paraorchestra as we enact an ambitious programme of growth and diversification in our touring output and roll out a new artist development programme for Paraorchestra musicians.

We would like to hear from driven, creative, and organised people to fill two newly-created positions on our team: Project Coordinator (Full Time) and Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time).

Interviews will take place week commencing Monday 2 October

We are a passionate and friendly team of people who are excited by the art we create and driven by the changes and opportunities we are initiating. We also recognise that the arts have not been a go-to employer for anyone who identifies as disabled. We want to act positively and change this and would like to hear particularly from those that identify as Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent under the Social Model of Disability or who have faced barriers to their career progressing due to access needs not being met.

If you are Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent and you meet the essential criteria for the role, we will guarantee you an interview.

If you would like to read a bit more about what it’s like to work with us, please take a look at these two blogs from two of our most recently recruited team members, Caitlin Fairweather and Esther Poole.

For queries on any of the above, or with any questions about the application process in general, please refer to the individual job packs or email
