Suede's Brett Anderson, Charles Hazlewood, and Paraorchestra unite for an album of quietly devastating yet deeply comforting reimaginings of cult classics on themes of love, death and loss.

Death Songbook was released on on BMG’s World Circuit label in April 2024.

Performed by Paraorchestra with Brett Anderson and Charles Hazlewood plus special guests Gwenno and Nadine Shah, this exquisite anthology of music features iconic tracks by Echo and the Bunnymen, Japan, Jacques Brel and David Bowie, Depeche Mode and Suede reworked by composer and Paraorchestra member Charlotte Harding.

In 2024, Death Songbook toured to London’s Roundhouse, and Aviva Studios, Manchester with special guest appearances from Nadine Shah and Gwenno.
